Shipping Policy

Any problems, such as delivery delays, that may occur once the package is in possession of the mail carrier is out of our control. If any packages are lost in transit or arrive damaged please contact us at Cottonwoodleatherstudio@gmail.com.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that you may be subject to customs fees when your package arrives if you are outside the USA, and we are not responsible for paying said customs fees.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays may occur during high traffic times like holidays, but be assured we are working as quickly as possible to get your order out.

 

When will my Custom order ship?

All of our custom pieces are made to order and processing times can be 1-4 weeks depending on the item. We will have discussed this during the custom order process, so please refer back to the emails before messaging us. If you are still unsure, then please message at Cottonwoodleatherstudio@gmail.com.

 

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific day?

We try to get every order out in a timely matter, so that the estimated delivery dates are as accurate as possible. However, please contact us before purchase if you'd like to check to see if your order can arrive by a specific date.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for orders that are not delivered on time, as it's always possible an order could be delayed while in possession of the postal service, which is out of our hands.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Cottonwoodleatherstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns on any item that has no customization up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs, which includes any order that was shipped with a free shipping promo.
